The concrete buildings went up around 1989 and 1990, with 159 units in seven buildings labeled A through G. Studios run about 357 square feet, one bedrooms about 530 square feet, and two bedroom units about 705 square feet.
Amenities include a pool, cabana, exercise room, BBQ area and recreation areas, and the beaches of Honokowai are close by. Kaanapali is a few minutes south and Kahana and Napili are just north.
Only long term rentals have been allowed, with a six month minimum in our experience, so most owners live here or rent to full time tenants.
