About Papakea
Papakea sits at 3543 Lower Honoapiilani Road on about 12.3 acres (TMK 2-4-4-001-055). The concrete buildings went up in 1977 with 364 units across 11 buildings, from studios of about 435 square feet up to three bedroom units of about 2,220 square feet.
The grounds are big and green, with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, cabanas, meeting rooms and recreation areas. The shoreline in front is mostly rocky, and the closest sandy beach access is next door at Kaanapali Shores.
Because the resort is so large and so many units are individually owned and remodeled, prices vary widely by building, view and condition.
