The thing that attracts people to this number one beach in the world is of course the opulent shopping, exquisite dining, and the iconic soft white sandy beach, snorkeling, ocean activities, and the cosmic Hawaiian sunsets that are more like something out of this world. The Whaler also features a private fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, and a day spa,. There is an on-site property management with Aston. But many owners hire off site management companies as well The units are graded between gold and platinum. With obviously the higher levels receiving the most nightly rents. There are two buildings tower 1, and tower 2. Tower 1 is towards the north. The most prominent aspect of living at the Whaler is, in my opinion, direct, overhead views of Black Rock. There's something about seeing this iconic geographic beauty from above. The angle and the combination of black and blue from above is truly stunning.
