Could it be the BEST Oceanfront Condo on Maui?

A few months ago I had one of my clients from San Francisco call to say they were coming to Maui in search of a very high quality two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo. They had some very specific requests about the type of property, returns on investment, and location. (By the way, I was very glad they chose me as their buyers agent to represent them on this Maui Real Estate transaction) More on that later. The interesting thing is that they were open to any part of Maui, it just had to be on a sandy beach with a big ocean view.
