I've said it before in my blog post. It's rare to see a large tract of land come on the open real estate market here in Hawaii. It's even more rare if that offering is direct ocean front, let alone beach! I believe a sweet "tip" in the Maui Real Estate market is to buy a 2 bedroom unit at Honua Kai. Once the developer inventory is gone (which should be soon) it's very possible the same equity boost will take place as what happened with the one bedroom units. Keep an eye on this inventory.
