Wailele Ridge New Development Napili, Maui

We are excited to announce the exclusive release to Island Sotheby's International Realty's clients for Wailele Ridge. Mark your calendar for November 2, 2015! This is a new townhome development on the northern edge of Napili in West Maui.

This will be by lottery. Your name will be placed in a bowl, then we will randomly draw one name at a time and this will be your position to select a unit when we are ready to release. You must have pre-qualification letter or proof of cash funds prior to lottery. This lottery will be for the release of Phase 1 which will include 44 units in buildings 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6,17 and 18.

 The first lottery drawing for Wailele Ridge Buyers will be November 2, 4:00-6:00 pm at our Island Sotheby's International Realty's Napili office. Attendance is NOT mandatory. 

Lottery to the general public will be announced at a later date.
