Maybe I just wanted easy access to the "Hot Sands" and "Pools" surf breaks without getting chased down by security every time I parked in the lot! One time I even called every owner in the complex and asked if they would rent to me long term. (this was a long time ago) Either way, I just think this place is soooo cool.
