Looking for the best deals in Hawaii for homes, vacation condos, long term condos and land? ? The dynamic Maui Real Estate Market Watch report is the best place to find them. There is no question the recent Corona Virus pandemic in Hawaii has already created some softening in the real estate market place. But keep in mind, the market is still very active - in both closings and price reductions. Maui had over 120 closings for $117M in sales volume in just the last two weeks, but at the same time experienced over $9 million in price reductions as well! If this doesn't sounds like opportunity to the wise Hawaii Real Estate Investor, I'm not sure what does. If anything, the demand for Hawaii homes, condos and land will likely RISE as people realize the islands are the place to be....away from the mainland madness! We are full of food (thanks to the recent departure of millions of tourists) and the mandated two week quarantine for all incoming arrivals. Viruses don't thrive in hot, humid climates. And we don't have throngs of gun toting maniacs that just lost their job. Not to mention everything (ie food!) grows here, AND the trade winds push in rain clouds on the daily depositing much needed water from the heavens.
