Hoyochi Nikko 109 is for the discerning owner who wishes nothing more than to land at Kahului airport, pick up groceries at their favorite grocery store and then relax in the serenity and privacy of a virtually unique, "secluded" very small beachfront complex, knowing that they will enjoy an air conditioned, recently remodeled unit abutting the pristine warm waters of the Pacific ocean, a pool on the grassy grounds, a view of two islands, turtles living in the cove in their front yard all year round and, of course, whales (in season)... perhaps without ever leaving their unit for their entire stay.
