But many owners hire off site management companies as well The units are graded between gold and platinum. With obviously the higher levels receiving the most nightly rents. There are two buildings tower 1, and tower 2. Tower 1 is towards the north. The most prominent aspect of living at the Whaler is, in my opinion, direct, overhead views of Black Rock. There's something about seeing this iconic geographic beauty from above. The angle and the combination of black and blue from above is truly stunning.
