These are the biggest condominium units available for purchase at the Kapalua Resort. There is more wind and rain on this side of Maui since it is believed to have significantly better weather than the rest of the island. In the fractional market you have the ability to stay for three weeks and your annual dues are less than the cost of staying as a guest for that same period of time.
