About Maui Kaanapali Villas
MKV sits at 45 Kai Ala Drive on about 12 acres of lush, manicured grounds right on the beach. Its eight buildings were built in 1967 and hold 253 condos on up to six floors, ranging from about 304 to 1,699 square feet.
With lower buildings, wide lawns and three pools, MKV has more of an Old Hawaii feel than the towers down the beach. Amenities include elevators, a hot tub and a beachfront restaurant.
