Lahaina is still rebuilding after the August 2023 wildfire, and the number of condos for sale in town is small. Most of what's listed right now is in townhome style complexes, Kahoma Village among them, with only a few units near the water.

Some complexes were lost in the fire and others came through it. Ask what the association's insurance covered, where any rebuilding stands and how the surrounding area is changing.
Insurance
Master policies in Lahaina have gotten more expensive and harder to place. Get the association's current policy and an HO6 quote early in escrow.
Townhome Style Living
Many Lahaina condos are townhome style units with small yards or lanais, which suit full time residents and families as much as second home buyers.
Rentals

Does this page include Kaanapali condos?
No. Kaanapali and the areas north of it are separate MLS areas even though their mailing address is Lahaina. See our Kaanapali condos page for those.
