Near the Harbor
Buildings along Kahului Beach Road are close to the harbor and shoreline, so check flood zone and tsunami evacuation zone status and get insurance quotes early.
Convenience
You're minutes from the airport, Costco, Target, Queen Kaahumanu Center and Kanaha Beach Park, which makes Kahului practical for full time living.
Tenure and Financing
Check whether a unit is fee simple or leasehold and whether the complex is approved for your loan type. Very low prices sometimes point to a lease or a building issue worth understanding.
