Iao Parkside sits off Eha Street in Wailuku on about 24 acres (TMK 2-3-4-030 parcels 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 25). It went up in phases in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997 and 2002, and today has about 480 units in 47 two story buildings. Units run from one bedroom, one bath layouts of about 519 square feet up to three bedroom, two bath units of about 980 square feet.
Street addresses are spread across short lanes like Kopi Lane, Kapi Lane, Waiaka Lane and Eha Street, so don't be surprised when two Iao Parkside listings have completely different addresses. The grounds have recreation areas, and you're a few minutes from Wailuku town, Kahului shopping, the airport and the road up into Iao Valley.
