Having traveled extensively for the last 15 years, we have been dreaming of owning property here. Interesting story, as in all our travels through the state we had always come back to desiring property in THIS valley, THIS community, but never thought it possible. Last July while vacationing here we noticed the a sign advertising what would become our family's dream property. We were on deadline with one day left before returning home, and that evening made a campfire telephone call to Eric West. We explained we were leaving later the next day, and even though Eric was traveling, he arranged for us to be able to see the property. As we pursued this rather complex (and sizable) purchase, we began to really appreciate Eric's expertise and attention to detail. He never failed to respond to our questions quickly, with not only accurate information, but personal input and suggestions that made the purchase possible. Having owned and operated a large retail store for 30+ years, I understand how rare a person like Eric is. Since the sale, he has continued to assist us in promoting the new venture...for free I might add. I consider him both a friend and a consummate professional.
