Eric is top notch! We had just a few days to look at vacation rental properties, during the peak season of many of them being occupied by guests. Eric worked out times for us to get in to see as many as possible and clearly has a great working relationship with many listing agents. He is personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Throughout the entire buying process, he was available to coach, advise, answer questions and above all, negotiated an excellent final price and terms.
We highly recommend Eric!
