I want to thank Eric West for listing the top luxury properties and providing for a superior real estate buying experience. Eric was responsive, knowledgeable and informative on a variety of matters during our transaction. When I needed information from the seller, Eric got it. When I wanted to expedite the closing process Eric coordinated with the Title Company and facilitated our electronic-document/signature closing in record time. Post sale when we toured the property, Eric drove several hours to our location, brought his Polaris 6 Passenger Crew Ranger (and fine bird dog Trigger!) and patiently toured my wife and I over the back country property answering all questions and making for an enjoyable experience.
