Hale Mahina sits at 3875 Lower Honoapiilani Road on about 1.6 to 1.8 acres (TMK 2-4-3-006-041). The concrete buildings went up in 1981 with 53 units on four floors in three buildings. Units range from one bedroom layouts of about 690 square feet up to large three bedroom units of about 2,218 square feet, and recent listings have mostly been one and two bedroom units of about 800 to 1,400 square feet.
Amenities include a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, recreation areas, elevators and beach access. It's a quieter, smaller property than the big resorts nearby, and Kaanapali, Kahana and Napili are all a short drive.
Don't mix it up with Mahina Surf or Mahinahina Beach. They're different properties with similar names.
