I was a Realtor 15 years ago in another state, so I know enough to know there's a lot I don't know about real estate transactions today, especially in moving to a new state in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted, but it took a long time to find it. Eric knew that when we found it, it would go under contract quickly. So he was really on top of everything from the properties coming on the market, to making a quick offer, and getting us in touch with good people all the way through closing.His advice and knowledge was extremely helpful. Eric was the first to seek out second opinions or additional input as needed. We hope to work with together again.
