Hale Kanani is a centrally located residential condominium complex located in the heart of Kihei. Charley Young Beach, The Cove, restaurants and the Foodland Shopping Center are a few blocks away. Unit 3-105 is currently being used as a rental but the owners remodeled the unit in July of 2020. Here's the list: painted the interior, new flooring throughout the unit, new air conditioner on the roof and the handler too, new water heater, replaced the dishwasher, the refrigerator, etc..
