This is a GREAT opportunity for someone looking for 10+ very private acres with an ocean view close to Hana Town, Venus Pools and Hamoa Beach. Approximately 1-acre of the property has recently been cleared. Access is via a County maintained road. The exterior of an approximately 720 square foot home with deck is complete. The electric is ‘roughed in’ and was done by a licensed electrician. Plumbing is also ‘roughed in’ however the Sellers are not sure who did the plumbing. There are no permits for either of the structures. There is also a septic tank, a 10,000 gallon water catchment tank (that needs a new liner) as well as a 5,000 gallon water catchment tank (that also needs some work).
