At least $75,000 below market for very fast sale. This is the bigget lot for this low price in all Wailuku. Situated between the Millyard, Iao Stream and Piihana road. Recently surveyed. Water meter is paid for and installed .($18,000). Sewer man hole is on the property but needs to be hooked up to the house. 24 foot utility and access easement to the lot. MECO will install a new transformer for these lots. Zoned R-2/Project District which allows a house every 7,500 sf so two houses and a 400 SF ohana is allowed. Do your due diligence.
