Could it be the BEST Oceanfront Condo on Maui?

A few months ago I had one of my clients from San Francisco call to say they were coming to Maui in search of a very high quality two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo. They had some very specific requests about the type of property, returns on investment, and location. (By the way, I was very glad they chose me as their buyers agent to represent them on this Maui Real Estate transaction) More on that later. What impressed me the most about this property is the privacy of the location, the convenience of being close to town and beaches...and finally the amount of improvements on this nicely treed and landscaped lot. I've said it before in my blog post. It's rare to see a large tract of land come on the open real estate market here in Hawaii. It's even more rare if that offering is direct ocean front, let alone beach! I believe a sweet "tip" in the Maui Real Estate market is to buy a 2 bedroom unit at Honua Kai.
